If for any reason you receive an album that is damaged or has quality issues, we will replace that album for you at no additional cost. Returns are limited to one album per order. All returns must be authorized by us and an e-mail will be sent to the customer with an authorization number and instructions. Albums with custom imprinting however cannot be returned nor can albums that contain customer errors (i.e. customer submits incorrect spelling of imprinting).
